JIEYI is an independently developed and operated end-user application. Depending on the feature, current integrations include DeepSeek Chat/Reasoner, OpenAI GPT and GPT Image, ByteDance Volcano Engine Doubao/Seed, and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio Qwen/Qwen-VL model families. The active model may vary by feature, region, quality, and availability. All provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; JIEYI is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Customers purchase JIEYI reports, conversations, annotated visual reports, memberships, and credits, not third-party API keys, API quotas, resold endpoints, or raw model access.

You must have legal capacity to enter into agreements, satisfy age or guardian-consent requirements, accept these terms and the privacy policy, and provide truthful account information. Minors must obtain parental or guardian consent before using the service.

You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of JIEYI or third parties.
• Spread malicious code or engage in activities that could harm the service or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the service or its related systems.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service.
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Upload or share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Do not upload or request NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, violent, harassing, hateful, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
• Face and hand report images are annotated reference reports only. Do not use the service for face swapping, deepfakes, impersonation, identity deception, age alteration, biometric identification, or non-consensual images.
• AI image prompts are screened before generation. Content that is denied or flagged by moderation will not be processed, and repeated abuse may lead to account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or violation of these terms.

For paid services, payment terms, billing cycles, renewal status, and cancellation options are shown during purchase, in hosted checkout or the account billing area. Subscription access starts after payment sync, and users can manage or cancel supported online subscriptions from the billing history page. Refund requests are reviewed case by case; support responds within 3 business days.

Reports, chat replies, face observation, and hand observation are generated or organized by third-party AI models and are for entertainment, self-observation, and cultural reference only, not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, hiring, identity, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JIEYI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

All content, features, and functionality of the service are the exclusive property of JIEYI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Paid services are generally non-refundable after termination.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where JIEYI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
